Job summary

Story Land is seeking friendly Ride Hosts to supervise and operate park rides with a strong focus on guest safety and excellent service. You will greet guests, enforce safety rules, perform pre-ride checks, and ensure riders meet requirements while maintaining a welcoming, fun atmosphere for guests of all ages.

Responsibilities include informing guests, operating rides per procedures, and reporting any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• No formal education is required.
• Successful completion of the iROC course is mandatory for this position.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with guests in a fun and professional manner.
• Follow safety regulations and operate rides per policy and procedures.
• Conduct pre-ride inspections and tests before opening to guests.
• Ensure riders meet height/weight/age requirements and wear wristbands.
• Maintain safety and order on loading platforms and during ride operation.
• Communicate instructions to guests using microphones or devices.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures for assigned rides.
• Report ride issues to management and maintenance promptly.
