Job summary

Adapting Social in New Jersey is seeking a talented Videographer to craft compelling video and photo content for diverse brands. You’ll lead production from concept through delivery, collaborating with account managers, creatives, editors, and clients to ensure visually strong, brand-aligned content.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in agency environments, proficiency with Adobe Premiere, and hands-on video and photography experience.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in an agency, startup, production, or creative environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere.
Hands-on experience with both video production and photography.
Demonstrated experience creating product photography and product video.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize creative ideas and storytelling angles for short-form and long-form content.
Develop scripts, storyboards, shot lists, and production plans.
Capture high-quality video, photography, interviews, product footage, and b-roll.
Edit short-form videos (30 seconds to 3 minutes) and longer-form content.
Deliver content optimized for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
Collaborate with editors and ensure final deliverables meet standards.
