Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking a Technology Producer/Editor in Miami, FL to lead the creation and editing of short-form internal content, external marketing vignettes, and social video.

You will guide ideation, writing, and production of multimedia projects and coordinate with executives to craft compelling on-camera interviews. You will write thoughtful interview questions, oversee pacing and storytelling, and ensure content aligns with brand and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Film Production, Media Studies, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3-5 years of experience as a Producer/Editor with a strong portfolio of video/multimedia projects.
• Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro).
• Familiarity with motion graphics software (After Effects or Cinema 4D) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produces and edits internal short-form content, external marketing vignettes, and social video with strong attention to detail.
• Oversees ideation, writing, and production of short-form content, podcasts, and multimedia projects.
• Compiles suggestions from Associates and management for future video content.
• Writes interview questions that draw out compelling department content.
