Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media content creation and video production across major platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media strategy, audience engagement, and storytelling.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in client meetings and sales contexts.
• Ability to collaborate with Account Executives while working independently.
• Highly organized, creative, and deadline-driven in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and post engaging weekly video content for local clients that aligns with their brand.
• Present and close social media content packages with Account Executives and independently.
• Brainstorm, plan, and produce short-form video concepts for target audiences.
• Develop and maintain content calendars for consistent posting and storytelling.
• Amplify client content through KNWA/KFTA/KXNW’s social channels.
• Stay ahead of social trends to evolve content strategy and execution.
• Monitor performance metrics to optimize campaigns and demonstrate results for clients.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets.
