Spectrum News NECN seeks a Photojournalist to shoot and edit material for newscasts, delivering compelling stories with fresh angles and clear storytelling across TV, connected TV, and digital platforms.

You'll work with a collaborative newsroom team, travel to cover important local events, and adapt to fast-paced, evolving coverage while prioritizing accuracy and community connection. Experience in ENG/SNG operations is essential to succeed in this role at Spectrum News NECN.

Qualifications

5+ years shooting and editing television news footage.
Bachelor’s degree in journalism or related field, or comparable television work experience.
Operation of ENG/SNG/Satellite vehicles and bonded cellular streaming.
Knowledge of how to clearly communicate solutions; ability to relate to populations and ages.
Open to travel to cover important stories in the neighborhood.
Ability to work different shifts and cover stand-by responsibilities.
