Job summary

Rawhide Youth Services is seeking a Digital Content Specialist in New London, WI to bring the organization’s story to life through visuals, digital, and social content. You will create, publish, and optimize content to drive engagement, awareness, and action.

The role requires 3+ years in digital marketing, strong design and basic video editing, and experience with CMS and email tools. You will maintain brand consistency across channels and support fundraising campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital marketing, content creation, or social media.
• Strong graphic design and basic video editing skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Nonprofit or mission-driven experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create digital assets including graphics, videos, photos, and campaign visuals.
• Design and format email templates, landing pages, and digital appeals.
• Maintain a consistent visual brand across all platforms.
• Manage and post content across social media platforms.
• Write captions and adapt messaging for digital audiences.
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments or messages as appropriate.
• Identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Update and maintain website pages, landing pages, and forms.
• Ensure content is current, accurate, and optimized.
• Support SEO and user experience.
• Build and deploy emails through email marketing platforms.
• Segment lists and schedule sends.
• Support digital fundraising and engagement campaigns.
• Track digital performance including email, website, and social metrics.
• Provide regular reporting and insights.
• Test and optimize content for stronger engagement and conversion.
• Work closely with the Communications Manager to bring stories to life visually.
• Partner with the Marketing Project Manager to meet campaign timelines.
• Execute creative directions set by the Director.
• Attend educational workshops, review professional publications, establish personal networks and participate in professional groups.
• Complies with Rawhide standard of conduct by setting an example in words and actions that are consistent with the values and beliefs of Rawhide.
• Performing other duties as directed or assigned by Director
