The Christian Broadcasting Network, Inc. seeks a Digital Communications and Content Specialist to craft engaging digital storytelling for Virginia Beach audiences and global donors.

You’ll manage email, web content, landing pages, and podcasts, transforming ministry stories into compelling content that supports ministry outreach. Based in Virginia Beach with hybrid work options, you will collaborate across teams, monitor engagement metrics, and help plan digital campaigns to advance the Gospel

Qualifications

• Experience in digital communications, content development, and content management.
• Experience in website content management systems and email marketing platforms.
• Proficiency with basic graphic design tools and the ability to create and edit digital assets, including thumbnails and other visual content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ministry objectives to a variety of audiences.
• Strong storytelling, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience with podcast production, publishing, and distribution platforms.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• You'll create and manage digital communications across email, web, landing pages, and podcast platforms, while transforming ministry stories and updates into compelling content.
• You'll monitor digital engagement, support ministry events, and collaborate with teams across CBN to ensure communications are timely, engaging, and effective.
