The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is looking for a creative and highly organized Producer to join our team in Virginia Beach and help share compelling stories, ministry programming, and messages of hope with audiences throughout the Farsi-speaking world. This is an opportunity for a skilled storyteller and production professional who is passionate about creating meaningful content that connects with audiences and supports the work of one of CBN’s Middle East ministries. From weekly live shows and television series to special programs, testimonies, and digital video content, you’ll play an important role in bringing ministry stories to life through engaging, high-quality production. Serving in this position facilitates ministry activities and contributes to CBN’s Biblical mission to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide.

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement in Virginia Beach, VA. The salary range for this position is $48,000 - $55,000 annually. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on a combination of education, relevant experience, and demonstrated skills aligned with the role requirements.

What You’ll Do

You’ll produce, write, direct, and edit weekly live shows, television programs, specials, testimonies, and digital video content. You’ll coordinate production schedules, collaborate with international ministry partners, and help manage the day-to-day activities that keep productions running smoothly. You may also serve as an on-camera talent, support and train production staff, and represent the ministry at events.

What You Bring

• Experience in television production, including writing, producing, directing, and post-production editing
• Working knowledge of both studio and remote production environments
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to develop and present complex subject matter in a clear, compelling, and audience-appropriate manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in Farsi and English is preferred
• Familiarity with the Farsi-speaking world, its culture, and regional context is preferred
• Strong on-camera presence and presentation skills
• Experience coordinating production schedules, managing multiple projects, and consistently meeting deadlines
• Ability to coordinate, train, and motivate production team members
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and video editing software
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate production records, including program formats, audio/video documentation, and copyrighted materials
• Ability to assist with production budgets, expense tracking, and reporting, including accounting for international travel expenses
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain professional rapport with colleagues, ministry partners, and other stakeholders across cultures
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills, including the ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
• Flexibility to work well under pressure, respond to changing production needs, and meet established deadlines
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
• Demonstrated life application of Biblical principles and practices in alignment with CBN’s nonprofit Christian mission
