ETIC seeks a Qualified SWPPP Developer (QSD) or Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (QSP) who can obtain QSD within 1–2 years to provide SWPPP development and stormwater inspection services across California. The role supports multiple projects and clients statewide, with field visits required.

The candidate should have 3+ years of relevant experience, a B.S. in a related field, and be prepared to travel throughout California. Wage range is advertised and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices.
• Demonstrated effective oral and written communications skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical expertise for storm water services for construction projects.
• Plan, organize and administer permitting, inspection, monitoring, and data management for storm water construction projects, in accordance with CGP.
• Prepare SWPPP and Best Management Practices (BMP) design.
• Conduct QSD site visits and required QSP/QSD inspections in accordance with the CGP and client requests.
• Ensure timely submittal of deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• QA/QC review of sample results and writing corrective action reports.
• Assist with the preparation of regulatory reports and correspondence.
• Conduct and represent ETIC at meetings with Clients.
• Perform project bid job walks and assist in the preparation of proposals and cost estimates based on job walks and plan reviews.
