Job summary

Contech Engineered Solutions LLC is seeking a Stormwater Staff Engineer to support the design and implementation of stormwater products and maintain strong client relationships with civil engineers and project owners. You will deliver design calculations, basic layouts, drawings, and expert advice to integrate our solutions into site plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 2+ years in civil site projects focusing on stormwater or drainage design.
• Experience building client relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office; AutoCAD proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Present project-specific solutions to civil engineer clients, providing quality design calculations, basic layouts and drawings, and expert advice to integrate our products into site plans.
• Manage and track projects in the design phase, keeping data current and informing team members; assist with projects at all stages when necessary.
• Collaborate with civil engineers to develop secure product specifications.
• Communicate effectively with field and internal teams to meet stormwater quality, quantity, and drainage objectives.
• Identify opportunities in new markets and support expansion of existing markets with regulatory alignment.
