Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma plus college coursework in construction tech or equivalent.
• Three years of experience inspecting general building construction.
• TCEQ Designated Representative certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Observe construction progress and verify SW3P measures are in place.
• Inspect and log field data; collect samples for lab analysis.
• Train inspectors, coordinate with utilities, and prepare daily reports.
• Assist in final project inspections and BMP assessments.
