Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee stormwater structure cleaning, repairs, and related safety duties in Maryland. You will supervise field tasks, mentor technicians, perform inspections, and ensure compliance with safety protocols while supporting shop organization and parts management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and follow safety protocols.
• Proven punctuality, reliability and consistent work performance.

Responsabilités

• Comply with all safety, quality and work rules.
• Complete daily tasks in a safe manner.
• Remove trash, leaves, sediment, and debris from stormwater systems.
• Collaborate with team members to accomplish tasks.
• Follow confined space entry protocols.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Document daily work activities.
• Repair stormwater systems as needed.
• Perform QA and safety audits weekly.
• Assist with shop organization and inventory.
• Train and mentor other technicians.
• Use lock out/tag out and safe tool practices.
• Maintain technician skills.
