Job summary

AQUALIS Stormwater Management in Hutchinson, MN is hiring an Assistant Service Delivery Manager (ASDM / Landscape Technician) to help keep the Service Delivery team on schedule during peak seasons, coordinating field work on stormwater wetlands, biofiltration systems, underground storage and drainage improvements using BMPs.

Responsibilities include assisting with maintenance of storm drainage, operating landscaping equipment, driving a truck & trailer, and coordinating travel 4–5 days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience operating basic landscaping equipment.
• Experience driving a truck and trailer.
• Willing to travel regionally, overnight, 4-5 days per week (All travel expenses are covered).
• Comfortable with extensive physical labor in variety of weather conditions.
• Background check, drug screening and motor vehicle report are part of pre-employment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with maintaining and improving storm drainage systems to mitigate flooding and erosion.
• Performing general environmental maintenance activities.
• Operating landscaping equipment including weed eaters, blowers, mowers, shovels, chainsaws.
• Disposing of sediment, trash and debris from stormwater systems.
• Maintaining and improving storm drainage systems and ponds.
• Identifying and documenting stormwater drainage issues needing repair.
• Operating and maintaining company equipment including a pickup truck and trailer.
• Assisting with maintenance, inspection reports and tracking crew expenses.
• Attending safety trainings and traveling regionally as required.
