AQUALIS is seeking an entry-level Landscape Technician to maintain stormwater systems and commercial landscapes. You will travel regionally with a supportive team, receiving hands-on safety and technical training to build a long-term field career.

You will work across NH, ME, MA, VT, CT, RI & NY, with competitive weekly pay and comprehensive healthcare benefits. This role offers growth within field operations and ongoing technical training.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean record and ability to meet company vehicle insurance standards.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 70% of the time, including overnight stays.
• Ability to back, maneuver, park, and transport pickup truck and equipment trailers.
• Physical capacity to lift over 50 pounds regularly in all weather.
• Commitment to OSHA guidelines and using PPE.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine maintenance on stormwater systems, including retention ponds, detention basins, and drainage structures.
• Safely operate commercial field equipment such as mowers, string trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, and brush cutters.
• Drive company trucks with trailers across a multi‑state territory to field sites.
• Clear heavy sediment, trash, and debris from storm systems to ensure environmental compliance and prevent flooding.
• Inspect vehicles, secure equipment loads, and report site deficiencies to supervisor.
• Maintain professional communication with regional property managers and clients during field service.

How You Will Make An Impact

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Valid driver's license with a clean record and ability to meet company vehicle insurance standards.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 70% of the time, including spending multiple nights away from home each week.
• Ability to safely back, maneuver, park, and transport pickup truck and equipment trailer combinations.
• Physical capacity to lift over 50 pounds regularly and perform demanding outdoor labor in all weather conditions.
• Strong personal accountability and dedication to following OSHA guidelines and using personal protective equipment.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 or more years of experience in landscaping maintenance, stormwater compliance, or outdoor construction fields.
• Prior experience using mobile field service or digital work order software programs.
• Active First Aid/CPR certification.
