Apex Companies, LLC is seeking a Landscape Foreman (Stormwater) in San Marcos, TX. You will plan, direct, and schedule landscaping, perform maintenance, and lead a small crew to service stormwater infrastructure at client sites.

The role requires 2-4+ years of outdoor experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel about 10 days per month. Overtime opportunities and comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of manual labor, outdoor experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening.
• Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally (about 10 days per month).
• DOT interstate transportation requirement: must be 21 or older.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and schedule landscaping, routine maintenance, and light repairs of stormwater infrastructure.
• Lead a crew of 2-4 crew members, enforcing safety regulations.
• Perform mowing, weed-trimming, debris removal, ground maintenance, and light construction/repairs.
• Operate landscaping and light construction equipment and maintain equipment trailer.
• Prepare reports and document work in Apex proprietary systems.
• Travel from shop to client sites locally and regionally (about 10 days per month).
