Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience with manual labor or outdoor work.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally (10 days per month typical).
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record; reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (bend, lift, push/pull) in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Routine landscape maintenance and light repairs of stormwater systems and infrastructure.
• Mow, weed-trim, debris removal, ground maintenance, and light construction at client properties.
• Operate landscaping and light construction equipment.
• Travel from shop to client sites locally and regionally using company truck (approx. 10 days/month).
