Job summary

Apex Clearing Corporation is seeking a Stormwater Construction Foreman (Heavy equipment/Concrete) in Athens, PA. This full-time position offers 40-55 hours per week with compensation of $25.00-$30.00 per hour and regional travel, typically 85% or more, with a company vehicle and per diem on travel days.

You will operate a range of construction equipment, construct and repair stormwater infrastructure, and travel to multiple project sites while maintaining safety and documenting field

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of underground wet utility construction experience (required).
• Experience with repair and construction of stormwater infrastructure, concrete structures, rebar and concrete finishing, underground piping, and detention/retention basins (required).
• Ability to operate heavy equipment (e.g., skid loader, mini-excavator).

Responsibilities

• Construct and repair stormwater infrastructure across central states.
• Operate construction equipment from hand tools to heavy machinery.
• Travel to project sites weekly; document field observations.
• Uphold high safety standards on every project.
