Foster Lake & Pond Management in North Carolina is seeking an Aquatics Stormwater Technician I. This entry-level role supports field operations, learns aquatic and stormwater management practices, and develops proficiency with equipment, software systems, and customer service standards.

You will work under supervision to learn and apply company policies and safety procedures, with certifications in SCM Inspection and NC Aquatic Pesticide Applicator targeted within the first year.

Responsibilities

• Learn, embody FLPM's Core Values within the first three months.
• Assist and train in all areas of FLPM operations: Preventative Maintenance, Construction and Repair Services, Retail Operations, Corrective Maintenance.
• Perform fieldwork related to aquatic and stormwater management, pond maintenance, and related environmental services.
• Learn and effectively utilize company timekeeping software, Outlook, HR software, and vehicle maintenance system within specified timelines.
• Complete required documentation, reports, and digital records accurately and on time.
• Complete Stormwater Control Measure (SCM) Inspection and Maintenance Professional Certification within the first year.
• Obtain North Carolina Aquatic Pesticide Applicator Certification within the first year.
• Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, vendors, and team members and respond to communications promptly.
