Job summary

Foster Lake & Pond Management is seeking an entry-level Aquatics Stormwater Technician I to support field operations, learning aquatic and stormwater practices, safety policies, and customer service standards. You will learn equipment operation, software systems, and company procedures while contributing to the team.

You will participate in training, certifications within the first year, and actively support multiple operational functions in an outdoor setting across ponds, stormwater measures,

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver's license with clean record preferred.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Proficient in basic computer use and smartphone apps.
Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Responsibilities

Support all areas of FLPM operations and field services.
Assist with preventative, corrective, construction, and retail maintenance tasks.
Learn equipment and facility maintenance procedures; gain proficiency by year one.
Complete required documentation, reports, and digital records accurately and on time.
Utilize company timekeeping, email, and HR software within specified timeframes.
Participate in training and certification programs within the first year.
