AQUALIS is seeking a Stormwater Inspector Team Lead in New Jersey to oversee field inspections of stormwater systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and environmental stewardship. The role requires travel within the NJ area and strong reporting abilities, serving as a frontline representative of AQUALIS to clients.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in environmental technology or stormwater management, plus a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and possess excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in environmental technology/stormwater management.
• Report writing and review experience required.
• Technical plan review and construction plan reading experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Inspect stormwater basins, inlets/outlets, and drainage systems to assess condition and compliance.
• Document maintenance and repair needs; prepare detailed inspection reports.
• Travel within NJ and related areas for field inspections.
• Coordinate with Compliance team and clients to communicate findings.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections.
