Job summary

Apex Companies, LLC. is seeking a dynamic Stormwater Inspector to join our growing team. You will conduct stormwater management inspections at job sites, prepare reports in line with regulatory permits, and support seasonal water quality sampling and analyses.

The role includes serving as QSP Delegate on sites, pursuing required certifications, and collaborating with clients to ensure compliance and quality. Frequent site travel and field work are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and typing/data entry.
• Experience with Asana or similar project management software is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client updates.

Responsibilities

• Drive to and from job sites; conduct inspections and prepare reports.
• Monitor weather forecasts for rain events and arrange QA/QC reporting.
• Prepare annual/quarterly reports and maintain organized data in shared server.
• Interact with clients and coordinate with the team to ensure project needs are met.
• Attend trainings to obtain required certifications (QSP/QSD/QISP) as needed.
