Job summary

City of Durham is seeking a Construction Project Manager in the Development Infrastructure Division of the Planning & Development Department. You will manage the full lifecycle of Stormwater Control Measure projects from pre-construction through as-built verification, ensuring compliance with plans, city standards, and state regulations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least two years in construction project management, and a valid NC Class C driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, building construction, construction management, architecture, design or directly related field
• Two years of construction project management experience
• A valid North Carolina Class C Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record

Responsibilities

• Administers contracts and ensures work performed complies with deliverables and specifications.
• Prepares, maintains, reviews, compiles, and/or processes project documents such as progress reports, records, and related correspondence; compiles, reviews and analyzes information; develops and makes recommendations.
