Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma is required.
• Experience in stormwater/drainage construction, concrete or asphalt paving, or wet utilities is required.
• Willingness to travel extensively and out of town as needed.
• OSHA HAZWOPER certification is preferred or required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manage stormwater and wet utility-related projects and repairs.
• Inspect and assess stormwater-related deficiencies and repairs.
• Supervise and schedule work, train staff, and ensure quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors and field personnel and assist with pricing.
