Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine stormwater construction inspections to ensure compliance.
• Inspect permanent and temporary stormwater features for proper maintenance and function.
• Ensure MS4 permit compliance and provide guidance as needed.
• Review engineering plans and SWMPs for regulatory conformance.
• Provide outreach materials to residents and permittees.
• Investigate complaints related to wastewater, stormwater and hazardous materials.
• Prepare inspection reports and issue violations or stop-work orders as needed.
• Maintain safety and coordinate with supervisors on enforcement actions.
