Path Light Pro is seeking a Compliance Field Consultant in Burlington, NC. The role involves organizing weekly inspection schedules, coordinating driving routes, and maintaining up-to-date Stormwater site records.

You will communicate with reports daily, perform site audits, and ensure compliance with erosion and sediment control practices. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of management experience and strong writing, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of management experience.
• Strong computer, organizational, writing and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assemble and maintain weekly site inspection schedule and driving routes.
• Conduct daily calls and written correspondence with direct reports.
• Perform regular audits on sites and update Stormwater records and postings.
• Assist direct reports with inspection coverage as needed.
• Ensure erosion and sediment control practices and records are compliant.
• Train, support, and develop direct reports.
• Complete site evaluation documentation in electronic systems and onsite records.
• Review scheduling for efficiency.
• Relate requirements of state and local regulations (training provided).
• Consult with client management to anticipate issues and propose solutions.
