Job summary

GKY, a part of True Environmental, seeks a motivated water resources professional to support stormwater infrastructure assessment and asset management for Virginia public sector projects. You will lead asset inventories, condition assessments, CIP planning, and regulatory compliance activities.

The role requires field experience with stormwater systems, proficiency in GIS and asset mgmt platforms, and strong communication skills for coordinating with clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science or civil/environmental engineering.
• 5–10 years' experience with stormwater asset management and CIP planning.
• Knowledge of SWMFs and stormwater infrastructure components.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in water resources and stormwater regulatory compliance consulting.
• Support asset management programs, inventories, risk scoring, and CIP planning.
• Conduct inspections of stormwater systems and SWMFs.
• Prepare QA/QC reports, planning documents, and maintenance workflows.
• Coordinate with clients and project staff; deliver training as needed.
