Raytheon’s Air Launched Effector Guidance Section (ALEGS) department is seeking a highly motivated and experienced StormBreaker technical lead engineer to drive the execution of the electrical subsystem throughout the product life cycle. Responsibilities include overseeing development and production efforts, leading proposal activities, and managing both engineering disciplines and suppliers.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong project organization, and communication skills, capable of leading disciplined teams to develop systems from concept through integration and production. Experience in budget- and schedule-critical environments, along with expertise in digital and analog testing, debugging complex circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systems, is essential. Collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to resolve technical challenges is also a key aspect of this role.
The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
