Job summary

Storm Smart in Florida is seeking an installer to join our field team. You will manage a daily schedule with multiple stops, complete final punchout on hurricane shutters, and communicate issues to supervisors.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver license, ability to lift 70 lbs, and willingness to train for two weeks. Work takes place on construction sites with varying weather and noise. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must pass two weeks of installer training.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and work at heights.
• Experience with ladders, scaffolding, and basic construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a daily schedule with multiple stops a day.
• Complete final punchout on all types of hurricane shutters.
• Address customer concerns with minor defects.
• Communicate with Punchout scheduler and supervisors.
