Infinity Home Services is seeking a Storm Project Consultant to convert leads from new clients into sales and maintain relationships with existing customers during storm events. This role reports to the Sales Manager and focuses on revenue growth through tailored solutions and timely contracts.

You will schedule homeowner visits, generate leads, present solutions, liaise with insurance adjusters, and collaborate with Marketing and Production to maximize opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience converting leads into signed contracts and maintaining client relationships.
• Ability to schedule homeowner visits, generate leads, and present tailored solutions.
• Willingness to travel for storm events and liaise with insurance adjusters.
• Strong communication and collaboration with sales, marketing, and production teams.

Responsabilités

• Maintains and executes a schedule of canvassing and planned visits to homeowners.
• Generates storm leads and opportunities through cold calling and social channels.
• Meets with homeowners to discuss needs and present solutions.
• Completes contracts with clear terms and coordinates deposits or financing as needed.
• Collaborates with insurance adjusters and project managers for site inspections.
• Provides feedback to Marketing and Production on revenue opportunities.
