• Maintain a safe and productive work environment by enforcing strict compliance with safety protocols.
• Ensure efficient allocation of resources and manage project timelines to meet operational goals.
• Lead by example, demonstrating the highest standard of work ethic, technical expertise, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for superintendents, leadership teams, and clients, providing updates and resolving issues efficiently.
