Job summary

GMB Powerline Services is seeking a Storm Operations Resources Director to lead emergency response logistics, rosters, and crew mobilization. You will coordinate field crews, vendors and utility customers, oversee call-outs, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting during storm events.

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 3+ years in logistics, emergency management, or operations coordination.
• Experience with crew resource management and vendor relations.
• Proficient in logistics software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage emergency call-out and logistical oversight for storm responses.
• Coordinate crew rosters, mobilization, and demobilization per customer specs.
• Maintain real-time communication with crews, vendors and utility customers.
• Develop standard procedures for data transfer to utility templates and tools.
