Best Choice Roofing is hiring motivated individuals to join our team to help homeowners recover after storms. This is not a roofing installation role. Training is provided, and you can earn in the $63K–$120K+ range with uncapped commissions.

You will inspect roofs and exteriors after storms, document damages, and guide homeowners through insurance claims as part of a growing team with advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-growing sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform roof and exterior inspections after storms.
• Document findings and present to homeowners.
• Generate leads through canvassing and referrals.
• Assist homeowners in navigating insurance claims.
• Obtain signed restoration agreements to move projects forward.
• Attend weekly meetings and ongoing training.
