Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license with access to reliable vehicle transportation.
• Ability to climb a ladder and scale roofs for inspection.
• Capable of carrying up to 50 lbs outdoors.
• At least 40 hours of daytime availability weekly, flexible but most Saturdays are required.

Responsibilities

• Responding to warm sales leads and closing contracts.
• Generating leads through neighborhood canvassing.
• Conducting roof inspections and identifying property damage.
• Educating homeowners on the restoration process.
• Working with insurance companies to facilitate outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform roof and exterior inspections following storm events
• Document damage and present findings to homeowners
• Generate leads through canvassing and referrals
• Assist homeowners in navigating insurance claims
• Obtain signed agreements for restoration services
