Best Choice Roofing in Asheville, NC is seeking motivated individuals for a roofing sales career. No roofing sales experience is required and paid training is provided to learn our proven system.

You will help homeowners recover after storms by identifying roof damage, guiding them through restoration, generating leads, and assisting with insurance claims. This is not installation work.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders.
• Willingness to learn and be coached.

Responsibilities

• Perform roof and exterior inspections following storm events.
• Document damage and present findings to homeowners.
• Generate leads through canvassing and referrals.
• Assist homeowners in navigating insurance claims.
• Obtain signed agreements for restoration services.
• Attend weekly team meetings and ongoing training.

In this role, you'll help homeowners recover after storms by identifying roof damage and guiding them through the restoration process. We are actively hiring motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career and take control of their earnings.

Note

This is not a roofing installation position. Our production team handles all roof installations.
