Job summary

Kingdom Roofing Systems in Central Indiana seeks a seasoned Storm Team Lead to oversee a 3–4 person canvassing crew. The role focuses on driving storm sales, training reps, and meeting aggressive production targets in outdoor neighborhoods.

You will manage field operations, collaborate with homeowners and adjusters, and maintain high closing ratios while building a high-performing team. This is a full-time leadership position with base pay plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in door-to-door canvassing or D2D sales.
• Natural leader who enjoys coaching and developing people
• Full-time availability (including some evenings and weekends)
• Valid driver's license, clean MVR, and successful background check per company policies

Responsibilities

• Self-generate 95%+ of your leads.
• Run all scheduled estimates.
• Train and shadow in the field.
• Conduct daily field huddles and track KPIs.
• Lead a 3–4 person canvass team and ensure goals are met.
• Maintain 30%+ closing ratio and $16,000+ avg job size.
