Responsibilities

• Oversees a major storekeeping area such as canteen/commissary operations.
• Receives, inspects, and certifies inventory; labels and stores items.
• Orders inventory to replenish stock; sets reorder points.
• Monitors storage environment for perishables; handles surplus.
• Operates a cash register and maintains inventory records.
• Operates forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Leads and supervises staff, inmates, or residents within policy.
