Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direction and support to a Lead Storeroom Attendant and two Storeroom Attendants.
• Train, coach, and delegate assignments to team members.
• Maintain inventory and replenish vending machines.
• Support storeroom operations, inventory control, and customer needs.
• Audit daily work for accuracy and maintain required documentation.
• Troubleshoot inventory and customer issues.
• Promote safe work practices and compliance with established procedures.
• Assist with reports, audits, process improvements, and inventory activities.
• Provide coverage for other operational functions as needed.

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch

Take the lead in a hands-on inventory environment! We're hiring an experienced Storeroom Supervisor in Cincinnati, OH, to oversee daily storeroom operations, support a small team, and deliver excellent customer service. If you have previous supervisory or lead experience and enjoy balancing people leadership with inventory work, this could be a great fit.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered

Experience Requirements

• Previous supervisor or team lead experience required
• Experience with inventory, storeroom, warehouse, or supply chain operations preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• Vending machine replenishment experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience using RF scanners preferred
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills
