Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking a Storeroom Attendant for its Manchester, TN location. You will receive, organize, stock, and track inventory in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

This is 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 2 PM to 10 PM, with a pay rate of $15.00 per hour. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, plus 3+ months of warehouse or inventory experience.

• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits; report discrepancies.
• Deliver materials to designated work areas and keep area safe and clean.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Additional warehouse, inventory, or logistics training is a plus.

Experience Requirements

• 3+ months of warehouse, inventory, stockroom, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience.
• Experience loading, unloading, stocking, picking, packing, or moving materials.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn inventory management systems.
• Experience operating forklifts or cherry pickers is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read work orders, safety procedures, operating instructions, and inventory documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with inventory cycle counts, replenishment, and stock control processes.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 25 pounds independently and heavier items with assistance.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Must be able to work overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts as required.

Job Duties

• Receive, inspect, unload, and stock incoming inventory, tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Organize and store materials accurately to maintain an efficient and well-organized storeroom.
• Issue and track inventory, tools, and equipment to employees.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized inventory systems.
• Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and replenishment activities.
• Investigate missing inventory and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Inspect tools and equipment for wear or damage and report issues as needed.
• Deliver materials and equipment to designated work areas.
• Support a clean, safe, and organized work environment while meeting company standards.
