• Previous related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives, stores and inventories all departmental supplies and foodstuffs; maintains sanitation in storage areas.
• Stores food and supplies in proper containers and areas to maintain freshness and prevent spoilage.
• Maintains records of storage temperatures for perishable items per standards.
• Dates, labels, and rotates stock, prioritizing oldest products first.
• Orders food and supplies following company protocols.
