Job summary

The Boca Raton is seeking a detail‑oriented Storeroom Clerk to support receiving, inspection, logging and organization of goods across the property. You will count items, track invoices, and stage materials for chefs and outlets, ensuring accuracy and timely replenishment.

Responsibilities include handling vendors, coordinating internal shipments, and assisting in other areas as needed. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required to match business levels.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with product receiving and visual inspection of packages and freight.
• Inspect and count goods upon delivery for quality and quantity.
• Log incoming deliveries using TrackIt or similar software.
• Organize and stage goods in the shipping area and coordinate re-orders.
• Deliver outgoing internal packages to various locations on property.
• Retrieve and re-pack leftover goods as needed for return shipments.
• Report issues to supervisor promptly.
• Support other areas of the department or hotel as business dictates.
• Work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
