Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a storeroom setting or inventory control function.
• Excellent organization and communication skills; ability to multitask and shift priorities.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong sense of ownership and urgency.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Health and Safety programs and participate in safety initiatives.

• Document inbound receipts and outbound shipments in warehousing system.
• Maintain organization of receiving area and ensure timely exits of items.
• Resolve receipt discrepancies with Accounting and Purchasing; provide vendor contact.
• Perform receipt rejection process and prepare shipper notices.
• Coordinate shipment of rebuilt items with transportation and plant personnel.
• Finalize new stock item setups as assigned.
• Verify Oracle system reflects inputs from other systems.
• Support supplier analysis for IATF 16949 quality system data.
• Occasionally provide vacation relief for Stores Supervisor.
• Provide other administrative support as assigned.
