Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of experience, with two in storeroom/inventory.
• Valid CA driver’s license and DMV Pull Notice program will apply.
• Manager Food Safety Certificate within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate delivery vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee storeroom operations and ensure accurate receiving, storage, and distribution.
• Train storeroom staff and monitor daily activities.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain FIFO inventory and reconcile invoices.
• Coordinate with food service units and purchasing as needed.
• Prepare reports and communicate operational updates.
