Qualifications

• Ability to maintain records and logs of temperatures and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Receive and store departmental supplies and food items.
• Maintain sanitation in storage areas and proper storage temperatures.
• Rotate stock and label items to ensure first‑in, first‑out usage.
• Order supplies per department protocols.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
