Restaurant Associates seeks a full-time Storeroom Attendant for Delta One Lounge at JFK Terminal 4, Jamaica, NY. You will handle receiving, storing, and inventory of supplies and foodstuffs while maintaining sanitation in storage areas.

Responsibilities include rotating stock, logging temperatures, ensuring security, and following HACCP guidelines. You will coordinate with the Food Service team to ensure timely deliveries and safe storage operations.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or food service inventory experience is required.
• Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and maintain necessary food and other supplies to ensure efficient operation of the Food Service Department.
• Store food and supplies in correct containers and storage areas per guidelines.
• Maintain records of storage temperatures for perishable items per standards.
• Label and rotate stock to use oldest products first.
• Order food and supplies based on specifications and procedures.
• Secure designated areas to prevent theft and follow safety procedures.
• Transport food and supplies in appropriate containers to ensure safe arrival.
• Follow HACCP guidelines when receiving and distributing food supplies.
• Report needed maintenance of equipment to proper resources.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly reports as per corporate policies.
• Identify and use cleaning chemicals per MSDS; operate equipment safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
