Job summary

Restaurant Associates seeks a full-time Storeroom Attendant for Delta One Lounge at JFK Terminal 4, Jamaica, NY. You will handle receiving, storing, and inventory of supplies and foodstuffs while maintaining sanitation in storage areas.

Responsibilities include rotating stock, logging temperatures, ensuring security, and following HACCP guidelines. You will coordinate with the Food Service team to ensure timely deliveries and safe storage operations.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or food service inventory experience is required.
• Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Inventory and maintain necessary food and other supplies to ensure efficient operation of the Food Service Department.
• Store food and supplies in correct containers and storage areas per guidelines.
• Maintain records of storage temperatures for perishable items per standards.

• Order food and supplies based on specifications and procedures.
• Secure designated areas to prevent theft and follow safety procedures.
• Transport food and supplies in appropriate containers to ensure safe arrival.
• Follow HACCP guidelines when receiving and distributing food supplies.
• Report needed maintenance of equipment to proper resources.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly reports as per corporate policies.
• Identify and use cleaning chemicals per MSDS; operate equipment safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Full‑time Storeroom Attendant at Delta One Lounge – Terminal 4, JFK International A, Jamaica, NY 11430. Schedule is variable; pay rate is $22.75 per hour.

Responsible for receiving, storing and inventory of all departmental supplies and foodstuffs, along with maintaining sanitation in storage areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Inventory and maintain necessary food and other supplies to ensure efficient operation of the Food Service Department.
• Store food and supplies in correct containers and proper storage areas according to department guidelines.
• Maintain records and logs documenting storage temperatures of perishable food items per standards.
• Label and rotate stock according to procedures, ensuring the oldest product is utilized first.
• Order food and supplies based on product specifications as established by company ordering protocols and procedures.
• Secure designated areas to prevent theft, manage dangerous chemicals, supplies, and equipment, and follow all security procedures regarding storeroom organization.
• Transport food and supplies in appropriate containers or vehicles to ensure safe arrival.
• Follow HACCP guidelines when receiving and distributing food supplies to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Report needed maintenance or repairs of equipment to proper resources.
• Complete all daily, weekly, or monthly reports as outlined in corporate policies and procedures on a timely basis.
• Identify and utilize cleaning chemicals following directions recommended by manufacturers and per MSDS sheets; use equipment according to department safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
