Job summary

Mars, Incorporated in Topeka, KS is seeking a Storeroom Coordinator to manage inventory, cycle counts, and parts kitting in a high‑volume plant. You will lead MRO storeroom attendants, ensure accurate records, and support corrective actions from root cause analysis.

The role requires SAP proficiency, strong organization, and safety adherence. Preferred candidates have TPM experience, advanced Excel/Office skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, goals‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• SAP experience and 3 years minimum required.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong communication with internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate storeroom operations, counts, and kitting.
• Direct storeroom attendants and stock maintenance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and vendor records.
• Support corrective actions to resolve discrepancies.
• Attend KPI reporting and daily maintenance meetings.
• Ensure FIFO and TPM storage practices.
