Graphic Packaging International is seeking a Store Keeper to manage inventory documentation and support warehouse operations. You will verify incoming goods, label and store items, and keep precise records of stock movements while coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior warehouse experience, and familiarity with inventory software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as Store Keeper, Warehouse Clerk, or similar role.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems/software.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy items.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Forklift certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders.
• Unpack, label, and store goods in designated locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement logs using inventory software.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies to maintain optimal inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers for timely deliveries.
• Process returns of damaged or incorrect items.
• Organize storeroom layout for efficient storage and retrieval.
