Graphic Packaging International is seeking a Storeroom Coordinator to manage day-to-day plant and parts room inventory using SAP, receive inbound parts, and audit stock to support production goals. You will maintain accurate stock records, perform routine counts, assign bin locations, and ensure a safe, organized storeroom.

This role requires a high school education and 4 years related experience. We value reliability, attention to detail, and collaboration with vendors and SQF compliance teams

Qualificações

• Proficient in SAP data management and inventory control.
• Experience using MRP systems for automated ordering.
• Knowledge of Good Receipts (GR) and SAP part maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Create SAP purchase requisitions based on plant needs.
• Order stock and components through the MRP system.
• Submit requests for new SAP part creations and part number setups.
• Perform location-to-location SAP transfers to maintain records.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical inventory counts.
• Verify items removed from storeroom are checked out of SAP.
• Source quotes from vendor networks for parts and services.
• Submit SAP requisitions and vendor quotes for PO issuance.
• Cross-check inbound deliveries against GRs for accuracy.
• Assign bin locations in SAP and stock incoming parts accordingly.
• Maintain a clean, organized storeroom and secure area.
• Manage vending machines on-site and monitor consumables.
• Oversee maintenance crib program to ensure tool accessibility.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
