Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Must successfully complete and pass forklift safety training.
• Previous inventory control experience.
• Basic computer skills – using MS Outlook Mail, MS Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision, working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the stockroom, ensuring organized storage and accessibility.
• Verify pricing and inventory accuracy through cycle counts, spot checks, and quarterly inventories.
• Maintain safe, secure work areas and manage equipment prioritization (A/B/C) and inventory levels.
• Assist in pulling parts for staff and ensure distribution aligns with work orders.
• Receive and log incoming deliveries; update stock records in the system.
• Review stockroom organization to improve efficiency.
• Enter material requisitions and monitor stocking levels for obsolescence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
