INTERACTION 24 LLC seeks a Storeroom / Inventory Clerk to support the maintenance parts storeroom at a food and beverage facility in Seabrook, NJ. The role involves cycle counting, inventory organization, and identifying obsolete items as the site transitions to a new building.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with physical inventory as part of a team. First shift, contract position with standard warehouse safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, parts or storeroom work preferred.
• Maintenance parts, MRO or industrial inventory experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable with repetitive inventory counts.
• Ability to read part numbers, labels, and inventory sheets; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts of maintenance parts and supplies.
• Compare physical inventory against printed inventory records and count sheets.
• Identify missing, obsolete, or inaccurate inventory items.
• Flag discrepancies and communicate findings to the Storeroom Clerk.
• Assist with organizing shelves, aisles, and maintenance parts.
• Help identify which existing parts will or will not be needed for the new facility.
• Accurately record inventory counts and part information.
• Support general storeroom cleanup and organization.
• Work closely with the Storeroom Clerk and Maintenance Planner.
• Follow all facility safety and workplace procedures.
